I build the online side of your practice: a website patients can use, booking software for your desk, automatic reminders and patient education content that follows your regulator's rules. You treat patients. The rest runs in the background.

Medical advertising rules
Medical advertising is regulated, and the rules differ by country. Choose yours: every page, script and post is written to it, and you approve everything before it goes live.
National Medical Commission (NMC): Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication, in force from 6 October 2026, alongside the 2002 Code of Ethics.
Federal truth-in-advertising rules (FTC), HIPAA for patient data, and your state medical board's rules.
GMC guidance on honest, verifiable information, and the ASA / CAP Code for advertising.
Ahpra and the National Boards: section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and the advertising guidelines.
Your emirate's health authority (DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi) or MOHAP, depending on where you're licensed.
Your provincial college of physicians and surgeons, or dental regulator, whose advertising standards vary by province.
I'm not a lawyer. For anything borderline we check with your regulator or a legal adviser before it goes live.
How we start
Week 1
A recorded walkthrough of how patients find and book you today, and where they drop off.
Weeks 2 to 3
Website, booking and content plan for your clinic, written to the rules where you practise. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Every month
Booking and reminders running, content published, SEO improving, and a one-page report.
Who you'd work with
4 to 5 years of video editing, 5+ years of graphic design and 3+ years of social media marketing. I build websites, booking software and content systems for businesses where trust matters most.
I'm also studying for my Chartered Accountancy exams, so reports come in plain numbers. Based in Indore, working with clinics wherever they are.
Questions
The National Medical Commission's Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication, effective 6 October 2026, allow doctors and clinics to share factual, verifiable information: name, qualifications, registration details, services, timings, location, contact details and fees. Public health education is also allowed, such as explaining conditions, prevention and what a treatment involves. The guidelines prohibit superlative or unverifiable claims like "best doctor" or "100% success", guaranteed outcomes, discounts that push unnecessary treatment, fake reviews, paid rankings and the promotional use of patient testimonials or clinical images. They apply to websites, social media, influencer posts and AI-generated content.
Not for promotion. The NMC's October 2026 guidelines restrict the use of patient testimonials and clinical images for promotional purposes, and labelling content as AI-generated does not make prohibited material acceptable. Doctors can still publish patient education, factual information about their practice and genuine public health content. Any use of patient information must also follow consent, confidentiality and data-protection rules. Because the guidelines are new, check borderline cases with your State Medical Council or a legal adviser.
Yes, when it stays factual and educational, which is how everything here is written. The NMC's Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (October 2026) allow factual information about your services, qualifications, timings and fees, and patient education. They prohibit superlatives, guaranteed outcomes, inducements, fake reviews, paid rankings and promotional use of testimonials or clinical images. You approve everything before it goes live. I'm not a lawyer, so for anything borderline we check with your State Medical Council or a legal adviser.
Not necessarily. If you already use a practice management system, we can work around it. If you don't have one, the booking software is built for your clinic's way of working.
No. Many doctors start with written posts, articles and voice-over videos. If you're comfortable on camera, one guided 30-minute recording a month covers several weeks of content.
Messages only carry what's needed: name, date and time. Tools are chosen to respect India's DPDP Act, and HIPAA or GDPR for clinics abroad. No medical records go into marketing tools.
Automatically by SMS or email when a patient books. WhatsApp reminders need a WhatsApp Business messaging account, so we add them only if they suit your clinic and budget.
It depends on what your clinic needs, so it starts with a free visibility check. You get a written quote with clear scope before any work begins. Starting prices for each service are on the services page.
