Terms and conditions

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms apply to the website kishankrsoni.com and to services provided by Kishan Kr Soni ("I", "me") to clients ("you"). If a written proposal or agreement we've both accepted says something different, the proposal or agreement applies for that project.

1. Using this website

You're welcome to read, share and link to this site. Please don't copy its content or design for commercial use without permission, attempt to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. The free guide may be shared in its complete, unaltered form.

2. Prices and quotes

Prices on the site are in US dollars. Prices marked "from" are starting prices; the final price for anything beyond the described scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices may change, but never for work you've already agreed to or for the remaining months of a yearly plan.

3. The free 7-day sample

The free sample is one piece of work chosen from the options offered at the time (for example, one edited video, three LinkedIn posts, or one recorded website walkthrough), delivered within 7 days of our call and of receiving the material it needs. There's no charge and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You may use the sample in your business. Free samples are limited each month and offered at my discretion.

4. Payment

  • Monthly plans and monthly services are paid in advance at the start of each month.
  • One-time projects (such as websites and logos) are paid 50% to start and 50% on completion, unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue.
  • Payment methods are listed on each invoice. Any bank or transfer fees on your side are yours to cover.
  • Third-party costs such as advertising spend, paid software, stock media or domain fees are not included unless stated, and are billed at cost or paid by you directly.

5. Monthly plans, yearly plans and cancellation

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, they continue month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. Yearly plans are paid upfront at the discounted price shown. If you cancel a yearly plan early, I'll refund the months not yet started, minus the discount you received for the months already used, so that you pay the normal monthly price for the time you used.

6. Revisions

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated for that service, or two rounds if none is stated. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes. Changes that alter the original brief, such as a new concept or a different script, are treated as new work and quoted first.

7. What I need from you

  • Timely access to the material, accounts and approvals the work depends on. Delays on your side move delivery dates accordingly.
  • Accurate information about your business, services, prices and claims.
  • Rights to any material you provide, such as photos, videos, music, logos and testimonials, so I can use it in your work.
  • Approval of anything published under your name or brand before it goes live.

You're responsible for making sure published content complies with the rules of your profession and location. This matters especially in regulated fields such as healthcare, finance, law and real estate. I'll flag anything that looks risky, but I'm not a lawyer and can't give legal or regulatory advice.

8. Ownership

Once a deliverable is paid for in full, you own it, including the final files. I keep ownership of my own templates, tools, workflows and know-how, and you get a permanent right to use anything of mine built into your deliverables. I'll only show your work in my portfolio or marketing if you give permission.

9. AI tools and third-party software

I use AI and other software tools to produce work efficiently, including for editing, drafting, voice and video generation, and automation. Anything delivered to you is reviewed by me before delivery. If you don't want a particular kind of tool used on your material, tell me at the start and I'll work around it where possible. AI avatar or voice clones of a person are only created with that person's written consent.

10. Confidentiality

I keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to do your work, unless you allow otherwise or the law requires disclosure.

11. No guaranteed results

I'll do careful, professional work and report honestly on what it achieves. Rankings, reach, enquiries and revenue depend on many things outside my control, including platforms, competitors and markets, so I don't guarantee specific results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid me in the 3 months before the claim arose, and I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Third-party platforms

Your content may be published on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google or your website host. Their rules and decisions, including changes to features, reach or account restrictions, are outside my control.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it can't be resolved, the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.
